our company
Gill & Roger Joyner — Founders of Passivhaus Perth and WAmembranes.
Since 2000, we’ve been designing solar passive homes across Western Australia, driven by a commitment to healthier, more energy-efficient buildings. In 2013, we founded Passivhaus Perth, offering design, consultancy, HRV systems, airtightness testing, and building science education. By 2018, we began distributing Pro Clima membranes—bringing world-class airtightness and moisture control systems to the local market.
In 2025, we launched WA Membranes as a dedicated service and supply company focused solely on Pro Clima products and training. Our mission is to support builders, architects, and consultants with the products and knowledge to create comfortable, healthy, high-performance, resilient buildings—where every detail matters.
Free Training:
Get hands-on with Pro Clima systems—airtightness, moisture control, and membrane installation—guided by Gill and Roger, co-founders of WA Membranes. With decades of experience in Passive House design and building science, they bring clarity, confidence, and real-world insight to every session.
FREE training runs from a couple of hours to half-day or tailored modules, delivered on-site or in-house across WA. Builders, architects, and energy assessors will walk away with practical skills, deeper understanding, and fewer call-backs.
